Growing up on the East Coast in Long Island, NY and obtaining his degree in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University in 2011, Fred Loguidice moved to the West Coast in 2014 to begin a career in digital marketing.
Fred found his long term niche in the Real Estate Investment world, where he would create a number of brands and websites tailored towards homeowners looking to sell on a faster timeline than the traditional listing process.
Utilizing his marketing background and newfound passion for Real Estate Flipping and Investing, Sell My House Fast Virginia was born. Fred now manages a number of subsidiary local brands that make up the Sell My House Fast Team, catering to local homeowners in and Virginia and all over the US looking to sell their house on a faster timeline and avoid traditional pitfalls.
Fred enjoys writing about real estate, investing, wholesaling, and flipping in his spare time while rehabbing and flipping a handful of properties himself, leaving most of his time for the technical side of the business
